问：台长曾经开示过念完大悲咒后可以把手搓一搓然后双手可以按摩脸或压在耳朵上连续十次，请问搓手前一定要合掌念大悲咒吗？
答：一定要合掌，至少说十指连心，至少三遍或者七遍大悲咒。
