Shuohua20160923 23:59 学佛状态不好时要坚持听 众：很多同修学佛过程中都会遇到一种情况，就是一阶段修心念经的状态非常好，但是有时候会遇到一阶段感觉状态很不好，想念经也念不出来多少，心也比较乱，像是遇到了瓶颈期。请问师父，在这种状态不好的时候，我们应该怎么调节呢？臺 長：坚持。
