问：有一个房子房产证的名字是已经去世10多年的人，这个房子应该是属于吗？房子空了几年，现在我们已经把房子收拾好了，住在里面，可以吗？这种房子能供观世音菩萨吗？
答：没有关系，把房产证的名字改过来改成在世人就可以了。
