问：我丈夫的祖爷爷留下一块地，听我婆婆说这块地三十多前是种满竹子，后来是我公公婆婆铲平一直在种菜，因现在地皮严重缺乏，我想这块地建成楼房可以吗？
答：种过菜的土地，是好兆头。“发菜”，代表发财，讨口彩。楼房种在菜园上，就是有财运。
