问：万念归一，把一万个念头都归到一个念头上；无所住心，就是你的心不要放在某一个位置上。请问如何同时理解念头与住心呢？
答：万念归一，实际上几千个、几十万个念头都叫万念，很多个念头皈依佛门，归到本性良心和佛性。
