问：我的好朋友跟我借钱差不多有5000现在无法还我，之前度她学了心灵法门，而且还拜师了，我想不让她还了，用小房子替代钱来还我500张小房子，这样我会反过来欠债吗？
答：小房子不能买卖，只能尽心力，不要跟钱算在一起，否则跟钱挂钩的话，送给人家小房子也没有效果。
