问：同修儿子买了旧房子（他一家一直是租房子住的），最近要拆掉重建，请问四月份哪一天动土开工合适？动土时要做些什么，要小房子吗，多少张？还要注意些什么？
答：4月16日、18日、22日都是好日子，要先烧送49张小房子给房子的要经者，然后才能动土。
