问：同修念经有杂念，除了看看空白之处或是天空，还有什么方法可以解决吗？
答：这不单单是靠着看天空可以解决的。念经有杂念就表示修为不够，定不下来。他应该多念大悲咒跟心经，来增加自己的能量，他才能稳得住自己。
